What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We currently accept Cash On Delivery (COD) nationwide across Pakistan. This ensures a hassle-free and secure payment method upon receiving your order.

What is your return and refund policy?

Answer: We offer a 14-day return policy for most products (excluding perishable or
personalized items). To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. ( Mandatory Video Proof ) Refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile payment (depending on your preference) within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.

How long does shipping take, and where do you deliver?

Answer: We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan with an estimated delivery
time of 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive an sms/email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
